Premier Ink Supplies is a division of Q Enterprises UK Ltd. We are an established family run business based in the historic town of Warwick in the centre of England.
Making A Purchase
Placing an order with Premier Ink Supplies could not be easier! Simply choose the product of you choice, type the quantity you require in the box, and click "Buy Now".
At this point if you wish to change or amend your order, simply click on "View Order Details", this page will enable you to amend your order accordingly. Once you have completed your selection, click on "Complete Order" and fill in your delivery and payment details. We accept credit and debit card payments securely online.
Shipping And Handling
Royal Mail 1st Class Post: £0.99 (£0.84+VAT).
City Link Courier: £5.99 (£5.10+VAT), UK mainland only, same day despatch 2pm cut-off.
Delivery Schedule
All goods are sent either by Royal Mail 1st Class Post, or by City Link Courier:
For orders sent by City Link Courier, all orders received by 2pm will be despatched the same day, for next working day delivery. Please note that these orders can only be sent to mainland UK addresses.
For orders sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Post, the vast majority of orders are despatched the same day, and most arrive the next working day. However, please allow 10 working days for delivery (this is a time limit imposed by Royal Mail, not ourselves). Please note that these orders can be sent UK postcodes (including Northern Ireland, but excluding the Channel Islands).
Back Orders
If in the unlikely event that an item is out of stock, this will be confirmed to you by email and you will have the option to either cancel the order or given an approximate delivery date.
Tax Charges
All our prices INCLUDE VAT, and a full VAT receipt will be sent with your goods.

Returns Policy
If you experience any problems with any of our goods, please contact us on 08700 661 884.
Should any goods you receive from us prove to be faulty, we will arrange for a replacement or refund - whichever you prefer. Before returning faulty goods to us, please contact us, and we will arrange to cover the cost of returning the faulty goods.
Should you decide to return any goods which are not faulty, we will arrange for a full refund of the cost of the goods, providing the goods are unopened, and in a saleable condition. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee. We will not be able to cover the cost of returning the goods to us.
