About Us Premier Ink is a division of Q Enterprises UK Ltd. We are an established family run business based in Royal Leamington Spa, in the centre of England. Making A Purchase Placing an order with Premier Ink could not be easier! Simply choose the product of you choice, type the quantity you require in the box, and click "Buy Now". At this point if you wish to change or amend your order, simply click on "View Order Details", this page will enable you to amend your order accordingly. Once you have completed your selection, click on "Complete Order" and fill in your delivery and payment details. We accept credit and debit card payments securely online. Shipping And Handling Royal Mail 1st Class Post: £1.99 (£1.66+VAT). Next Working Day Courier: £6.99 (£5.83+VAT), UK mainland only, same day despatch 2pm cut-off. Delivery Schedule All goods are sent either by Royal Mail 1st Class Post or Fedex Courier: For orders sent by Courier, all orders received by 2pm will be despatched the same day, for next working day delivery. Please note that these orders can only be sent to mainland UK addresses. For orders sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Post, the vast majority of orders are despatched the same day, and most arrive the next working day. However, please allow 10 working days for delivery (this is a time limit imposed by Royal Mail, not ourselves). Please note that these orders can be sent UK postcodes (including Northern Ireland, but excluding the Channel Islands). For large, heavy or high value orders we reserve the right to upgrade delivery from 1st Class Post to an insured next-working-day courier service at no extra cost. Back Orders If in the unlikely event that an item is out of stock, this will be confirmed to you by email and you will have the option to either cancel the order or given an approximate delivery date. Tax Charges All our prices INCLUDE VAT at 20.0%, and a full VAT receipt will be sent with your goods. Cancellation Policy You have the right cancel any goods ordered, from the point at which they are ordered, up until the point at which they are despatched. A full refund will be given. As goods in stock are usually despatched the same day they are ordered, please bare in mind that the cancellation period may only be a matter of hours. If goods have been dispatched, the customer may return unwanted items at their own expense and a refund will be provided. The only exception to this will be "special order" items. These are clearly indicated on our website, and will be advised as such if an order placed over the telephone. Where goods are ordered specifically from a supplier for an individual customer, the right to cancel will be limited and will be at the discretion of the company. Returns Policy If you experience any problems with any of our goods, please contact us on 01926 339977. Should any goods you receive from us prove to be faulty, we will arrange for a replacement or refund - whichever you prefer. Before returning faulty goods to us, please contact us, and we will arrange to cover the cost of returning the faulty goods. Should you decide to return any goods which are not faulty, we will arrange for a full refund of the cost of the goods, providing the goods are unopened, and in a saleable condition. We will not be able to cover the cost of returning the goods to us. The only exception to this will be "special order" items.
