Stylus Photo R2880

The Epson Stylus Photo R2880 is a professional-level A3+ inkjet photo printer that uses Epson UltraChrome K3 ink cartridges, identifiable by the "Husky" image on the ink cartridge boxes. The Epson R2880 uses eight (8) ink cartridges at a time - though there are nine (9) cartridges in the Husky Epson UltraChrome K3 ink cartridge range. The Epson R2880 can use either the T0961 Photo Black ink cartridge, or the Epson T0968 Matte Black ink cartridge, but cannot use both at the same time. Which type of black cartridge you choose to use will depend on the type of paper you usually print on. If in doubt, we recommend using the Epson T0961 Photo Black ink cartridge which is by far the most popular choice - the T0961 Photo Black usually out-sells the T0986 Matte Black by about 4-to-1.
