Seculine Digital Action Level
Traditional hotshoe-mounted bubble spirit levels are all very well when you’re working with a tripod in daylight, but this new Digital Spirit Level really comes into its own when working handheld or in poor light where a traditional spirit level would be difficult or impossible to see.
It is uncomplicated to fit and small enough not to get in the way when on top of your camera. Using a traffic-light-style LED display, with green for level, amber for "nearly level" and red for "not nearly level", the LED indication is designed to be just visible in your peripheral vision while looking through your camera's viewfinder.
It is also possible to swing the camera around to vertical and the Digital Level will also function with the camera upright.
It has the facility to adjust both the sensitivity and brightness of the LEDs, and to calibrate the level point if required. It’s compatible with all standard hotshoes, barring Sony/Minolta models, and is powered by two CR1220 batteries. Not only does it come with batteries - but two extra spare batteries are also included!
