Vanguard Magnesium PH-21 Two Way Pan and Tilt Head (PH-21 / PH21)
This cast magnesium two-way fluid pan and tilt head with ergonomic handle is excellent - and includes a spirit level. It attaches to the tripod using a 3/8" female thread, allowing it to be used on all professional tripods with a 3/8" male screw thread. It also includes a 1/4" adapter, meaning it can also be attached to tripods that use a 1/4" male screw thread.
The included QS-52 quick-release plate has the standard 1/4" male camera screw thread and pin for attaching to your camera. These QS-52 plates are also available separately, should you have more than one camera or zoom lens you wish to use on the tripod without constantly detaching and reattaching plates.
