Vanguard Magnesium PH22 Three Way Pan and Tilt Head
The Vanguard PH22 is a cast magnesium three-way fluid pan and tilt head with ergonomic handles. It includes two spirit levels, and attaches to the tripod using a 3/8" female thread, allowing it to be used on all professional tripods with a 3/8" male screw thread. It also includes a 1/4" adapter, meaning it can also be attached to tripods that use a 1/4" male screw thread.
The Vanguard QS-50 quick-release plate included with the Vanguard PH22 head has the standard 1/4" male camera screw thread and pin for attaching to your camera. These QS-50 plates are also available separately, should you have more than one camera or zoom lens you wish to use on the tripod without constantly detaching and reattaching plates.
