Orders placed before 3pm (Monday – Friday) are despatched the same day. Any order placed after 3pm on a Friday or over the weekend are despatched on the next working day.
We only deliver orders to the UK Mainland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Jersey & Guernsey. All orders are sent by Royal Mail or DPD Courier.
Any order with Free Delivery will be sent via DPD Courier or Royal Mail depending on the parcel weight, size and value of goods. If you would prefer to guarantee delivery by a particular service, this will also be available at checkout.

Unfortunately we do not offer our FREE delivery options to the Channel Islands. Royal Mail and DPD options are available.
DPD deliveries to Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Scilly Isles are a 2-3 day service costing £17.49. DPD deliveries to the Channel Islands cost £24.49.
