Make sure you’re logged in when you order to collect your Premier Ink Rewards Points.

3. Start Shopping

Earn points on EVERY order you place with us, whether you’re buying paper, canvases, ink or accessories. You will earn 5p worth of points for every £1 you spend.

4. Redeem Your Points

Once your order has been completed you then redeem your points at checkout for money off your subsequent orders.

What are Premier Ink Rewards Points?

Premier Ink Rewards Points is our way of saying thank you for ordering with us. We want to reward our customers for their loyalty which is why why offer the chance to earn and redeem points with every purchase of compatible ink cartrdiges, original ink cartrdiges and inkjet paper. The points you accumulate can be reddemed against any of the products on our website.

How do I join Premier Ink Rewards Points? Is it Free?

Yes it’s completely FREE, all you need to do is create an account on our website. By doing so you will receive 100 Points!

Who can join Premier Ink Rewards Points?

All of our retail customers will have access to Premier Ink Rewards points, customers with a Trade Account (i.e. Business/Commercial/Education) are unfortunately not eligible to earn or redeem points. If you are interested in a Trade Account, we offer preferential pricing and credit facilities, please call us on 01926 339977 for more information.

How does the points system work?

To put it simply you earn points when shopping with us, in return these points can be redeemed against future purchases. Points are earned for purchasing any product from our extensive range of Original Ink Cartrdiges, Compatible Ink Cartridges and Inkjet Paper available on our website. Your points will accumulate and will never expire and can be redeemed at checkout.

How much are my Premier Ink Rewards Points worth?

Every point you accumulate will be worth 1p but you can earn up to 10p in rewards points for every £1 spent.

Where can I see how many points I’ve earned?

You can see how many points you have earned by logging into your account and going to the Premier Ink Rewards Points section.

Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?

Absolutely not, you will earn points for absolutely every order you place with us and there is no maximum amount. The same goes for redeeming your points against future purchases.

How do I spend my points?

If you have any points available your balance will be displayed at checkout where you can also select how many you would like to redeem. You can redeem as many or as few as you would like.

Will my points expire?

No. We know that printing is something people do on a regular basis and equally some people do it less often. That is why your points will never expire.

I can’t see my points?

If you are unable to see your points you will need to make sure you are logged into your account. Points are not eligible to be transferred between accounts.

What about my past Premier Ink orders?

The Premier Ink Rewards Points scheme has been introduced as of INSERT DAT HERE and points can only be earned on web orders after this date. Points cannot be retrospectively awarded on any orders before this date.

*What products are excluded?

Unfortunately our customers are not able to earn points for printer, memory cards, batteries and frames. We are happy however for our customers to redeem points against purchases of these products.
