Premier Ink & Photographic is a trading name of The Imaging Warehouse Ltd. We are the UK's leading premier supplier of ink, inkjet cartridges and papers. A well establised, longstanding business based in Stratford-Upon-Avon, in the centre of England which has been trading for over 37 years offering all things image and printing related.


Making a Purchase

The registered trading brand names of "Premier Ink & Photographic", "On-line Paper", "PermaJet", "Nova Darkroom" & "Nova Digital" are the legal property of THE IMAGING WAREHOUSE LTD.

Placing an order with Premier Ink could not be easier!  Simply choose the product of your choice, type the quantity you require in the box, and click "Buy Now".

At this point if you wish to change or amend your order, simply click on "View Order Details", this page will enable you to amend your order accordingly. Once you have completed your selection, click on "Complete Order" and fill in your delivery and payment details. We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as Paypal payments securely online.
 

Delivery Details

We only deliver orders to the UK mainland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Jersey & Guernsey. All orders are sent either by Royal Mail Packet Post service or DPD courier.


 

Royal Mail Postal Service

We use the most cost effective Royal Mail Packet Post Service: £2.99 (£2.49+VAT) per order. Royal Mail Packet Post is not a guaranteed timed service, although most orders do arrive within 5 working days. However, 10 working days must be allowed for delivery before an item can be considered as "lost" (this is a time limit imposed by Royal Mail, not ourselves).
Most orders are despatched the same day, though during extremely busy periods, it may take an extra day or so to despatch your order.  Please note that these orders can be sent to all UK postcodes (including Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, etc). For large, heavy or high value orders we reserve the right to upgrade delivery from Royal Mail to an insured courier service at no extra cost. If you require your items more urgently, please consider our next-day DPD courier option detailed below.

 

DPD Next Working Day Courier

DPD Next Working Day Courier: £6.99 (£5.83+VAT) per order. UK mainland delivery only. All orders received before 2.30pm (Monday-Friday) will be treated as priority and despatched the same day wherever possible. For a suggested next working day delivery via DPD courier. DPD do NOT count Saturday as a working day, which means that orders sent on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday, and any orders placed over a weekend will be sent on the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday. Although the service is described as "Next Day", it is not a 100% guaranteed refundable service.
Should you pay for it and it does not arrive the next working day or we fail to despatch on the day you placed your order before the cut-off time, we would accept responsibility to issue a refund for the price difference between the standard Royal Mail option on our website and DPD's next day service charge which you paid on our website.
Under no circumstances do we accept liability to issue a full refund for the carriage charge paid nor any kind of compensation for loss of earnings or inconvenience of the failure of service.
NOTE:- DPD courier orders can only be sent to mainland UK addresses (i.e. not Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, etc).


Saturday and Timed Deliveries

Via DPD, we do offer a pre-noon delivery option for £14.95 (£12.46+VAT) per order, and a Saturday delivery option for £24.95 (£20.79+VAT) per order. Please call us for details, as these orders need to be placed over the telephone, not via our website. All courier services are treated as "intended to achieve" and so under no circumstances do we accept liability to issue a full refund for these carriage charges paid nor any kind of compensation for loss of earnings or inconvenience caused by the failure of service.

 

Back Orders

In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock, this will be confirmed to you by telephone or email, and you will have the option to either cancel the order, or given an approximate delivery date.


Tax Charges

All our prices INCLUDE VAT at 20%, and a full VAT receipt can be sent via email on demand. VAT is charged on all orders, and we are not able to remove VAT from an order, regardless of where the customer is located. Customers in Jersey and Guernsey will also be charged a higher price including the 20%.


Credit Card Security

All credit/debit card payments from our website are made through the secure SagePay or Paypal gateways, using industry standard 128 bit encryption. The transaction takes place electronically, eliminating the security risks associated with old methods of writing down and then manually inputting card details.

The Imaging Warehouse Ltd (t/a Premier Ink & Photographic) is seriously committed to the privacy and security of your personal information.In order to comply with UK and relevant European (GDPR) law, we are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under the UK Data Protection Act 1998 and the subsequent Data Protection Act 2018 legal requirements. Under this act, The Imaging Warehouse Ltd is obliged to operate a strict data privacy policy and our standard company policy is not to divulge any stored personal data in its records to any third party. Should this policy ever change, under data protection rules, the company is legally bound to obtain your written authority to release the data to any third party or associated interested party at that time.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping basket once you have selected an item, to store names, addresses and delivery data where required and duly entered for the purpose of completing the sales transaction or sending product information. Cancellation Policy

You have the right cancel any goods ordered, from the point at which they are ordered, up until the point at which they are despatched. A full refund will be given. As goods in stock are usually despatched the same day they are ordered, please bear in mind that the cancellation period may only be a matter of hours. If goods have been dispatched, the customer may return unwanted items at their own expense and a full refund will be provided upon safe receipt of said goods and if in a saleable condition, unopened in original packaging and unused.

The only exception to this will be "special order" items. These are clearly indicated on our website, and will be advised as such if an order placed over the telephone. Where goods are ordered specifically from a supplier for an individual customer, the right to cancel will be limited and will be at the discretion of the company.


Returns Policy

If you experience any problems with any of our goods, please contact us on 01926 339977 in all instances before contemplating any return.

Should any goods you receive from us prove to be faulty from new, we will arrange for a replacement or refund - whichever you prefer. Before returning faulty goods to us, please contact us to obtain an official returns number and we will arrange to cover the cost of returning the faulty goods. Under no circumstance will we accept any returns where you have not notified us in advance of their return and are not accompanied by a returns number.

Should you decide to return any goods which are not faulty, you have the right to return them to us for a full refund within 14 days of their delivery for any reason, providing the goods are unopened, in original packaging and in a 100% saleable condition. We will not be able to cover the cost of returning the goods to us under this distance selling regulation and so such costs must be borne by the customer.

The only exception to this will be "special order" items. These are clearly indicated on our website, and will be advised as such if an order placed over the telephone. Where goods are ordered specifically from a supplier for an individual customer, the right to a refund on unwanted (but not faulty) goods will be at the discretion of the company. The right to a refund on faulty goods is not affected.

Beyond the aforementioned, Premier Ink is not obliged to replace or refund any goods purchased more than 30 days earlier. The responsibility remains with the customer to check and use goods within that timeframe or otherwise report a problem or failure.

In all instances beyond the 30 days since purchase, where the customer wishes to return goods which were ordered in error or are simply no longer required, the company is not obliged to take the goods back and should it agree to do so, reserves the right to charge a minimum of 15% of each product's original purchase value as an administration/restocking fee and upto a maximum fee of 50% dependent upon the type of goods. You will be advised in writing what those fees might be prior to a valid authorised returns number being issued. They must be received in their original retail packaging and in perfect, unopened condition. Any monies agreed on these returned goods can only be issued as account credit and must be used against future purchases - no cash/card refunds will be given. At all times, the company reserves the right to decline the return of any goods beyond the 30 day period since purchase.

Payment of return postage costs are always the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

No goods should be returned without being given an official RMA (returns number)

 

Limitation of Liability


We do not accept liability (except as set out below) for any errors and omissions and reserve the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services. The Company’s liability under the warranty shall be limited to repairing or replacing the Goods in question or refunding the Price of such Goods, not including cost of delivery, packing, postage and insurance, and will not exceed the provisions of any warranty provided by the manufacturer or supplier of the Goods.

If an error is discovered in the price of the goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. In the event that you order an item and the price published on premier-ink.co.uk, premier-online.co.uk is incorrect for any reason, we will contact you to let you know the correct price and ask you whether you still wish us to fulfil your order at this price. We shall be under no obligation to fulfil an order for a product that was advertised at an incorrect price. We shall give you the option of confirming the order at the correct price or if you so choose, to cancel the order altogether. If you cancel and have already paid for the goods in the circumstances described in this clause, we shall refund the full amount within 30 days of the date of order.

In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, we shall make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question provided that you notify us of the problem in writing at the address stated in the confirmation e-mail within 14 working days of delivery of the goods plus return the goods to the address we ask you to send it to, if we request you to. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please never send any items back to our office and / or postal address without an official RMA (returns number) being issued and written on the parcel.

We have taken every measure to provide accurate product images for each product for sale on the site. However, due to a number of mitigating factors such as Internet browsers, monitor colour contrasts etc, we cannot be held responsible or liable for any colour discrepancies between the image and the actual product.

We do not accept liability for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss of damage to property and/or loss from claims of third parties arising out of the use of the site or for any products or services purchased from Premier Ink & Photographic.

We have taken every measure to prevent Internet fraud and ensure any data collected from you is stored as securely and safely as possible. However, we cannot be held liable in the extremely unlikely event of a breach in our secure computer servers.

We shall have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered or any other matters to the extent that the delay is due to any event outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, flood, fire, labour disputes, strikes, lock-outs, riots, civil commotion, malicious damage, explosion, governmental actions and any other similar events.

We make no warranty that the Website will meet your requirements or will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy, reliability of the Website. We will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through the Website.

To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, we disclaim any and all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, in relation to the Products. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, nor does it affect your Contract Cancellation Rights.

    * We will not be liable, in contract, tort (including, without limitation, negligence), pre-contract or other representations (other than fraudulent or negligent misrepresentations) or otherwise out of or in connection with the conditions for:
    * Any economic losses (including without limitation loss of revenues, profits, contracts, business or anticipated savings); or
    * Any loss of goodwill or reputation; or
    * Any special or indirect losses suffered or incurred by that party arising out of or in connection with the provisions of any matter under the Conditions


Nothing in the Conditions shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or that of our servants, agents or employees.

The Company’s liability in contract, tort or otherwise arising out of the subject matter of the Contract shall not exceed the value of the Contract and the Company shall under no circumstances be liable to the Buyer for any consequential, indirect or economic loss or damages.
 

Indemnity


You agree fully to indemnify, defend and hold us, and our officers, directors, employees, agents and suppliers, harmless immediately on demand, from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach of the Conditions by you or any other liabilities arising out of your use of this Website, or the use by any other person accessing the Website using your shopping account and/or your Personal Information.

Variation

Specifications of hardware, software or media may be changed or discontinued at any time in the interests of improved performance. Changes in specification and availability will be notified in writing to existing export agents and distributors, or will be posted on the website

All rights, including copyright, in the content of the on-linepaper.co.uk web pages are owned or controlled by the Company. In accessing our web pages, you agree that you may only download the content for your own individual and non-commercial use. You are not permitted to copy, broadcast, download, store (in any medium), transmit, show or play in public, adapt or change in any way the content of the web pages for any other purpose whatsoever without the prior written permission of the Company.

Third Party Information


We cannot be held responsible for material displayed on third party websites or any other written material. The only prices that apply for the Company products are those stated on the website material. We can not vouch for the reliability of prices stated on shopping directories or through any other third party.
 

Waiver


No waiver by us shall be construed as a waiver of any proceeding or succeeding breach of any provision.

 

Survival


Each provision of the Conditions shall be construed as separately applying and surviving even if for any reason one or other of those provisions is held to be inapplicable or unenforceable in any circumstances.

 

Entire agreement


These Conditions govern our relationship with you. Any changes to these Conditions must be in writing and signed by both parties. In this way, we can avoid any problems surrounding what the Company and you are expected to do. You confirm that, in agreeing to accept the Conditions, you have not relied on any representation save insofar as the same has expressly been made a term of these Conditions and you agree that you shall have no remedy in respect of any representation. Your Statutory Rights are not affected by these terms and conditions. Nothing in this Clause shall limit or exclude our liability in respect of any fraudulent or negligent misrepresentation whether or not such has become a term of the Conditions.

Force Majeure


If either party is subject to an event of Force Majeure, that is circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to war, fire, industrial disputes or civil commotion, it shall notify the other and the first party’s obligations under these Terms shall be suspended until it notifies the other party of the end of such event of Force Majeure.

Jurisdiction


If any part of these Terms is found to be void or unenforceable by any Court of competent jurisdiction, such part shall be severed from these Terms, which will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted according to English Law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Errors and omissions excepted

All prices and product information is subject to the potential errors and omissions that all information is subject to.  Sorry but sometimes we may have to change things and to contact you if your order was incorrectly managed by our website.

LEGAL COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

If you have any questions or complaints regarding the company, these can be addressed to the Customer Services Manager at the main registered address. The company will endeavour to acknowledge written complaints by return. The time it takes to reach complete resolution of complaints will be governed by the nature and complexity of the issue but we will endeavour to ensure that consumers are informed of the progress of complaints as appropriate.

Under the E.U. directive, "The Alternative Dispute Resolution for Consumer Disputes Regulations 2015", instances of unresolved dispute between The Company and the Customer, where all other reasonable actions have been exhausted, are recommended to use an official online mediation service to make their case. Each side will use the service in order to come to a satisfactory conclusion of the dispute.
