Terms and Conditions
Premier Ink is the trading name of Q Enterprises UK Ltd. We are an established family run business based in Royal Leamington Spa, in the centre of England.
Making a Purchase
Placing an order with Premier Ink could not be easier! Simply choose the product of your choice, type the quantity you require in the box, and click "Buy Now".
At this point if you wish to change or amend your order, simply click on "View Order Details", this page will enable you to amend your order accordingly. Once you have completed your selection, click on "Complete Order" and fill in your delivery and payment details. We accept credit and debit card payments securely online.
We only deliver orders to the UK. All orders are sent either by Royal Mail 1st class post or DPD courier.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to Royal Mail & CAA restrictions we are no longer allowed to send lithium camera batteries via conventional Royal Mail post. This means that any order containing lithium camera batteries must be sent via our courier, DPD. We realise that this adds to the cost of having your order delivered (DPD is £3 more than Royal Mail), and do very much regret that we have been forced to implement this change.
Royal Mail 1st Class Post
Royal Mail 1st Class Post: £1.99 (£1.66+VAT) per order. Most orders are despatched the same day, though during extremely busy periods, it may take an extra day or so to despatch your order. Royal Mail 1st class post is not a guaranteed next day service, though most orders do arrive next day, or within a couple of days . However, please allow 10 working days for delivery (this is a time limit imposed by Royal Mail, not ourselves). Please note that these orders can be sent to all UK postcodes (including Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, etc). For large, heavy or high value orders we reserve the right to upgrade delivery from Royal Mail 1st Class Post to an insured courier service at no extra cost. If you require your items urgently, please consider our next-day courier option detailed below.
DPD Next Working Day Courier
DPD Next Working Day Courier: £4.99 (£4.16+VAT) per order. UK mainland delivery only. All orders received before 2pm (Monday-Friday) will be despatched the same day, for next working day delivery via DPD courier. DPD do NOT count Saturday as a working day, which means that orders sent on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday, and any orders placed over a weekend will be sent on the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday. Please note that courier orders can only be sent to mainland UK addresses (i.e. not Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, etc).
Saturday and Timed Deliveries
Via DPD, we do offer a pre-noon delivery option for £10.99 (£9.16+VAT) per order, and a Saturday delivery option for £12.99 (£10.83+VAT) per order. Please call us for details, as these orders need to be placed over the telephone, not via our website.
In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock, this will be confirmed to you by telephone or email, and you will have the option to either cancel the order, or given an approximate delivery date.
All our prices INCLUDE VAT at 20.0%, and a full VAT receipt will be sent with your goods.
Credit Card Security
All credit/debit card payments from our website are made through the secure Protx gateway, using industry standard 128 bit encryption. The transaction takes place electronically, eliminating the security risks associated with old methods of writing down and then manually inputting card details.

We do not disclose buyer's information to third parties. Your information will only be used in accordance to the Data Protection Act 1998. Data collected by this site will only be used to fulfill customer orders.
You have the right cancel any goods ordered, from the point at which they are ordered, up until the point at which they are despatched. A full refund will be given. As goods in stock are usually despatched the same day they are ordered, please bear in mind that the cancellation period may only be a matter of hours. If goods have been dispatched, the customer may return unwanted items at their own expense and a refund will be provided.
The only exception to this will be "special order" items. These are clearly indicated on our website, and will be advised as such if an order placed over the telephone. Where goods are ordered specifically from a supplier for an individual customer, the right to cancel will be limited and will be at the discretion of the company.

Should any goods you receive from us prove to be faulty, we will arrange for a replacement or refund - whichever you prefer. Before returning faulty goods to us, please contact us, and we will arrange to cover the cost of returning the faulty goods.
Should you decide to return any goods which are not faulty, we will arrange for a full refund of the cost of the goods, providing the goods are unopened, and in a saleable condition. We will not be able to cover the cost of returning the goods to us.
The only exception to this will be "special order" items. These are clearly indicated on our website, and will be advised as such if an order placed over the telephone. Where goods are ordered specifically from a supplier for an individual customer, the right to a refund on unwanted (but not faulty) goods will be at the discretion of the company. The right to a refund on faulty goods is not affected.
